Monday February 25, 2013 — Receive Course Selection Cards in 2nd hour
Group Meetings with Counselors by grade:

Tuesday February 26, 2013 — 11th Grade – Counselors will visit your Chemistry or Chem. Comm. class.
Wednesday February 27, 2013 Friday, March 1 due to snow day— 10th Grade - Students report directly to home school locations per schedule below. Attendance for 10th graders will be taken at meetings. You are encouraged to bring your course selection card.

Monday February 25 - Friday March 1, 2013 — P-CEP Curriculum Week
Teachers will be sharing information about courses in their department, making recommendations for next year’s courses, and signing your course selection cards.
The P-CEP Program of Studies contains descriptions of all courses offered at P-CEP.
Tues. Feb. 26 through Mon. Mar. 4, 2013 — Online Course Selection
- Fill out you course selection cards. Talk to your parents and get their signature. Talk to your teachers and get their signatures. Choose wisely because it will be hard to change your schedule in the Fall! We plan the number of sections of each course based on how many students requested that course.
- List your alternates on the cards. These are very important so the counselors know where to place you if your first choice is not available. High demand courses like Creative Foods and Photography are limited by the number of classrooms, so make sure you list an alternate. If there is no alternate listed, the counselor will choose for you.There are no guarantees about getting into your elective classes, but the more information we have, the more we can help you.
- Logon to MISTAR Student Connection — see instructions — and complete you online course selection.
- You can complete your online selections at home, or come to any media center during lunch. Counselors will be available for questions in their offices all week, and in all three Media Centers during all lunch hours Friday March 1st.
- Enter your course requests online by Monday March 4th
Mon. March 4, 2013 - Turn in Course Request Card
After entering your requests online, turn in your course request card to your 2nd hour teacher by Monday March 4th.
