Frequently Asked Questions at Schedule Pick-Up

1) When should students return books?
Return any books to the bookroom and get a receipt before coming to schedule pick-up to avoid being charged for them. The P-CEP Book Room, located at Salem High School, will be open from 7:30 to noon on August 24 & 25 and during Schedule Pick-Up.

2) How can students pay for the various debts, fees, fines and tickets?
Payment may be made by cash or check made to P-CCS, no credit cards.
Please provide separate checks (filled out in advance if possible) for each charge.

3) Where can we obtain additional copies of forms?
Emergency Information forms, picture packet flyers and athletic physical forms are available in the General Offices and at schedule pick-up. Be sure to have them completed and signed before entering the Schedule Pick-Up area.

4) Do students have to visit every station at schedule pick-up?
Yes, no exceptions.

May Seniors who are not buying a picture package, skip the photographer?
No, Lifetouch will be taking pictures for student ID cards.

5) May students use cell phones during Schedule Pick-Up?
No, it slows the line

6) When will students know their lunch times?
Teachers will inform their fourth hour students on the first day of school.

7) Will student computer passwords change?
Returning student’s IDs and Password should remain the same
Freshmen will receive their new passwords during the first week of school
If students have trouble logging in, they should visit their Media Specialist.
