National Honor Society

NHS is the leader among organizations and societies that promote and recognize students who demonstrate outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Membership is by application and committee review. At the beginning of the school year, all juniors and seniors who have a career GPA of 3.5 or better will receive a letter via US Mail outlining the application process.

MDA Trivia Night-sign up by Jan. 16

Think you have what it takes to be a master of trivia? Come support Muscular Dystrophy Awareness with your friends and see who will truly be crowned the trivia kings or queens!

Teams will compete in a fundraising night of trivia and challenges to win prizes and have FUN! All proceeds will be given to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at their annual Detroit Muscle Walk in March to help send kids who suffer from this disease to a week long summer camp.

NHS Tutoring at Local Libraries

The National Honor Society is offering free tutoring and mentoring for third grade through high school level students at the Canton Public and Plymouth District Libraries. The program starts on Tues. Oct. 14, 2014 and continues to May 2015.
